Our Sauvignon Blanc boasts a wide range of tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Grapefruit and lime zest are most prevalent on the nose, with an approachable tannin structure on the palate. finishing with fresh pineapple accents.

Our inaugural Pinot Noir carries gentle aromatics of cherry and raspberry with a hint of hibiscus. Light profiles of toasted oak meld with a beautiful array of red fruit flavors, followed by a long, smooth finish.

A red blend comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Zinfandel, Ray’s Red releases fragrances of toffee and cedar with undertones of spice. This medium-bodied wine pays homage to the original landowner where the winery currently resides.
Railroad Red offers all of the components that one would desire to experience in a dry, red wine. Dark fruit flavors work with the oak profile to create a wonderfully balanced wine that can be enjoyed year-round.
Our first red blend aged in Bourbon barrels showcases how oak aging influences aromatics and taste. Toffee, caramel, dark cherry, and blackberry are prevalent on the nose followed by a deep, rich mouth feel. A wide array of flavors develop as the wine opens up in the glass.
